Job Purpose/Scope:

Responsible for ensuring quality service and quality installations of stairs and stair products.  Represents Symmetrical Stair in a professional manner and acts as a liaison between Symmetrical Stair and its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Surveys jobsites on a regular basis to determine its phase of construction

• Places order or notifies Customer Service to place order with production
• Inspects stairs/rails after its installation ensuring zero defects, superior quality, and safety and provides signed documentation to management.
• Builds rapport with jobsite superintendents and home owners by communicating production updates and reporting their expectations to Symmetrical Stair Management
• Follows through on the delivery of customer expectations
• Performs jobsite measurements and reports information to the Customer Service
• Proactively finding errors or problems; recommends and implements solutions
• Responsible for exercising exceptional customer service and follow-up when solving problems, home site visits and Superintendent discussions
• Attends scheduled Superintendent Meetings
• Responsible for obtaining signatures on documents such as Purchase Orders etc.
• Reports action improvements to Sales.

• Required to lift 26-50 pounds on a daily basis 
• Required to push or pull 50 pounds on a daily basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of position related experience

• Ability to read a street map and follow directions

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop relationships

• Woodworking, millwork, staircase manufacturing, and installation experience preferred

• Professional Demeanor

Other Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle

• Valid Florida drivers license

• Basic blueprint knowledge

• Current auto insurance

• Fax machine

Accounts Receivable Accountant

Location: US-FL-Pompano Beach

Job Purpose/Scope:

Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collections

Responsibilities:

• Issue  customer invoices
• Issue AIA documents for monthly billings
• Notarize Lien releases, vouchers &/or Purchase orders
• Have knowledge of NTO & Lien rights
• Receive checks, make deposit & post them to corresponding invoices.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies

• Review open accounts for collection efforts

• Make outbound collection calls

• Initiate and mail credit memos, vouchers, invoices, statements, and collection letters Establishes new accounts and review the accounts for accuracy
• Communicates with internal and external customers by telephone and by mail to investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges.
• Track back charges, field repairs, and costs to reclaim losses from Installers

• Request insurance certificates

• Call cash in advance customers for deposits & balance prior to shipment
• Weekly cash projections.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Over 2 years of position related experience

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred

• Experience in accounting an bookkeeping

• Computer literate with experience in Excel and Word

• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems; Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, and Bank Reconciliation

• Experience with Made2Manage or similar software preferred

• Ability to use a 10-key calculator and research and ensure accuracy of General Ledger.

We are currently seeking an individual who will have extensive personal contact with residential home builders, architects, designers, project managers, and end users. The selected candidate will be responsible for sales development and account management of interior residential building products within an existing territory.

Candidates must have a quantifiable proven track record, and experience in architectural millwork systems.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a customer database
• Developing sales strategies for both warm market and cold call sales.
