Wood Handrails
Wood handrails are available in a variety of wood species, sizes, and shapes. Stock species include Red Oak, Poplar, Maple, American Cherry, and Mahogany. Many additional species are available. Handrails shapes and sizes can be made in nearly any configuration imaginable; however, many current building codes dictate what can and what can’t be used. Symmetrical Stair exclusively uses non-finger jointed handrails that meet and exceed the highest standards set forth by the Architectural Woodwork Institute.
